IPL Photofacial is the latest light treatment which improve brown age spots, freckles and dullness of skin tone.  IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light.  Upon hitting a target (such as melanin that cause dark spot or capillaries, etc.), the energy of light is turned into heat.  When the skin is heated, your body gets rid of the unwanted thing you’re being treated for, without hurting other tissue.

Another benefit of IPL is that it induces the body to produce more collagen, which makes the skin more firm and transparent.
